Every moment of this long weekend is very intentionally geared to helping students and adults to DISCOVER how to work with and lead others, grow in leadership skills, and develop a heart for ministry. 

Students will work together as district teams and sometimes in larger groups that combine district teams. They will be given objectives to accomplish, puzzles to solve, and challenges to overcome. All of this is highly effective, engaging, and interactive leadership skill development. The activities are designed by a professionally trained facilitator with a heart for students and Christ.
